Arrival:

Our door remains locked until each clients' appointment time. If you arrive early, please have a seat outside on bench by front door.  Once your therapists meets you, please inform your therapist of any ailments or concerns, in order to have a more enjoyable spa experience.  If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may be cut short in order to keep other clients' appointments at regularly scheduled time.  If more than 15 minutes late, you will forfeit your appointment and your deposit/gift card will be forfeited.​

Cell Phones:

Please silence cell phones before arrival.

Legal Disclaimer:

Only therapeutic, non-sexual massages are performed. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated; the massage session will be terminated immediately with full payment due (no refund).

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.  Failure to do so, will result in forfeiture of deposit/payment and/or Gift Card.  There is a $50 "No Show" or "Late Cancellation" fee that will be sent to the email address on file. That must be paid before you can book another appointment. If notification is given at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service, any deposit can be applied to a later appointment date/time. 

Redeeming Gift Gift Cards:

Gift Cards must be presented at time of service.  Gift Cards are non-refundable and hold no cash value.  

Expiration:

Gift Cards expire after 6 months and can not be used after that time. If you have purchased a package of "Buy 2, Get 1 FREE", the Gift Cards have an expiration date of 1 year.

LaLa Spa is opened Monday-Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. 

We are "by appointment" only. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not take walk-ins at the time.
